Good Look: TV, on the radio

This version of Good Look Tv Radio Flna546970 - Breaking News | NBC News Clone was adapted by NBC News Clone to help readers digest key facts more efficiently.

We're back with our Good Look of the week -- an incredible segment from one of last week's shows, a) just in case you missed one, b) wanted to revisit it, or c) it relates to something we're doing this weekend. Normally we'll do this on Saturday mornings, but we waited this time around because in this case, the segment relates to all three.

The so-called "Golden Age of Television" ran from the 1940s until the early sixties, right about when the time period represented in the AMC hit show "Mad Men" at its inception. "Mad Men" returns tonight after a 17-month hiatus (more on that a little later), but all the excitement about a show that uses nostalgia to make cultural comment got me thinking about the segment we did last week on radio, and the still-significant, ever-evolving role that radio plays in politics, and why it's still so central to how we consume media.

Check out Melissa's conversation with three hosts who use radio all in their own unique ways.
