As the RNC celebrates the past terms of both President Bushes, the MSNBC panel debates the legacy that George W. Bush has left on the country.
"It's rough history for the country what the Bushes put us through, especially Bush 43," said Ed Schultz.
He continued: "Honesty is not a word that I put to George W. Bush. Just look at his budgeting process: wars off budget, Medicare, the tax cuts, all of those things."
