As Former President Bill Clinton takes the stage Wednesday it marks his 20year anniversary of his nomination as the party’s presidential pick. However, just 4 years ago tensions between President Bill Clinton and then Senator Obama, were at an all-time high. According to a recent New Yorker piece Bill Clinton apparently said “A Few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.” But oh how the times have changed. President Clinton has appeared in ads supporting President Obama and has agreed to participate in several fundraisers. Our own Steve Kornacki wrote about this relationship in his Salon.com article.
