Searching for the elusive youth vote, Newt Gingrich's presidential campaign will dispatch Callista Gingrich to her home state of Wisconsin next week, making appearances at four elementary schools "to rally support for her husband."

According to an official campaign release, students at two of those elementary schools will get to hear Mrs. Gingrich read from her book, "Sweet Land of Liberty."

Mrs. Gingrich, whose trek through the Badger State appears to be part book tour and part campaign swing, will make a total of nine stops in Wisconsin (Monday through Thursday) -- including a "Cocktails with Callista" event Wednesday night at The Madison Club. The next morning? A reading to students at a Catholic grade school in Madison.

Callista's book is currently ranked #35,778 in books on Amazon and the book's central character, Ellis the Elephant, can be seen at campaign stops -- the costume donned by a young Gingrich staffer.

Wisconsin's Republican presidential primary is Tuesday, April 3.
