Tropical Storm Mindy is heading to Florida.
Mindy, the 13th named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season, had maximum sustained winds of 40 mph Wednesday evening. The storm is projected to cross Florida on Wednesday night and Thursday, bringing rainfall to the Florida Panhandle and southern Georgia.
