The State Department is offering millions of dollars for information on four ISIS leaders.

The department says it will pay a reward of up to $7 million for information on Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, a senior ISIS official who was freed from prison in 2012. He initially joined al Qaeda in Iraq, then traveled to Syria to work with ISIS.

It is offering $3 million for information on Tariq Bin-al-Tahar Bin al Falih al-'Awni al-Harzi, a fundraiser who was one of the first terrorists to join ISIS.

And it will pay up to $5 million each for information on Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, an ISIS spokesman who has repeatedly called for attacks against Westerners, and Tarkhan Tayumurazovich Batirashvili, a commander who has overseen an ISIS prison facility where foreign hostages may have been held.

The State Department announced the rewards, part of its Rewards for Justice program, on Tuesday.
