NTSB: 'Very Concerned About Grade Crossings'

NTSB Board member Robert Sumwalt tells the media, that with 2,000 incidents a year at grade crossings in the U.S., resulting in about 250 deaths, that the NTSB is "very concerned about grade crossing" accidents.
