A commuter rail train in Massachusetts hit a tractor-trailer Wednesday, but no one was seriously injured. Four people — of the approximately 60 on board on the "T" train at the time of the collision at a crossing in Braintree — are reporting back pain, officials said.

Braintree Fire Capt. Edward Bulger told the Patriot-Ledger that the truck had just made a delivery to the Frito Lay plant and got stuck at the crossing. The driver jumped out of the cab moments before the train was struck, he said.

The 11:40 a.m. incident happened the day after a New York commuter train slammed into an SUV at a crossing in Westchester County, killing six people and leaving the first compartment in flames.
