Cold, wintry conditions expected in NYC for Thanksgiving
The relatively mild weather enjoyed by many across the East Coast in the buildup to Thanksgiving will change to much colder conditions today, the National Weather Service said in a forecast this morning.
A strong cold front from Canada will bring an "abrupt change" that will make it feel more like January, the service said, with daily highs running 5 to 15 degrees below seasonal averages, or even lower in some places.
