A mom and dad got quite a surprise when they were on I-595 Thursday evening. The couple welcomed their newest addition to the family on the busy roadway.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue responded to a call about a baby delivery on the interstate a little after 6 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived they found mom and her newborn bundle of joy and transported to Broward Health in Fort Lauderdale.
Fort Lauderdale Fire posted a picture of the baby and said both mom and baby are doing fine after the impropmtu delivery.
