A former model and child actor who accused several entertainment industry figures of sexual abuse on Saturday dropped a third lawsuit. Attorneys representing accuser Michael Egan III filed papers in federal court in Hawaii withdrawing the lawsuit against producer Gary Goddard.

The move comes after similar cases were withdrawn against television executives David Neuman and Garth Ancier. “X-Men” director Bryan Singer remains the only defendant still being sued. Egan sued the four in April, accusing them of sexually abusing him during trips to Hawaii in 1999. Singer denies the allegations.
Egan’s attorney, Jeff Herman, did not respond to a request for comment.
