An Egyptian opposition protester is beaten by supporters of former Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi, as a man raises a brick overhead, in downtown Damietta, Egypt, on Wednesday. Morsi, in office only a year as the first democratically elected leader of Egypt, was rousted from power by the military late Wednesday as a euphoric crowd in Tahrir Square cheered his exit.
