"As a child, he loved playing with words," recalls Luz Towns-Miranda, mother of Grammy-award winning playwright, lyricist and 'Hamilton' composer and lead Lin-Manuel Miranda.

One of her earliest memories of Lin's affinity for musical composition and acting revolves around a rap he created about the Garbage Pail Kids trading cards.
