Britain's Prince Harry tweeted for the first time ever on Thursday, sending a message in support of upcoming Paralympic-style games for injured and sick servicemen and women.
A version of the United States' Warrior Games, the Invictus Games will be held from Sept. 10 to 14.
Harry struggled a bit while composing the tweet for the official Invictus Games account.
''This is why I joined the Army, I can't type properly," he joked.
The 29-year-old prince is a former Army helicopter pilot and a vocal supporter of Britain's armed forces.
"Ultimately, this is about the men and women who have given so much and deserve our support, in their recovery, rehabilitation and on leaving the armed forces," he is quoted as saying on Invictus Games's website. "I know people will want to join me in cheering them on from the sidelines.”
