Dolce & Gabbana have revealed a new line of high-end hijabs and abayas aimed at the growing Muslim luxury and fashion market.
Photos of the collection, comprised of headscarves and long dresses in floral patterns, as well as black and beige, were first posted to Style.com on Sunday, and shared Wednesday on Dolce & Gabbana's Instagram account.
"To Muslim women with a taste for luxury fashion, this collection is an exciting development," a post on Vogue.com reported Tuesday.
Dolce & Gabbana is not the first fashion line to create designs specifically geared toward Muslim women. A number of brands have released capsule collections centered around Ramadan, the Muslim holy month, including DKNY, Oscar de la Renta, and Tommy Hilfiger.

Dolce & Gabbana’s new line stands out as being a standing collection independent of the Muslim holiday.

According to figures from Thomson Reuters, the Muslim fashion market is expected to grow to $484 billion, up from $266 billion in 2013.
