Woman targets obese kids on Halloween

A North Dakota woman is planning on giving obese children letters instead of candy on Halloween

A woman from North Dakota will give children she deems as "moderately obese" letters instead of candy this Halloween.

Her intent is to send a message to parents that they are irresponsible for letting their chldren trick-of-treat for candy, when they don't need it. Read more here.
