With this solution, Pemex will have the ability to monitor all cogeneration plant processes to accommodate changing conditions and optimize efficiencies. The company will have access to reliable, real-time information to maximize production and adjust its power plant operations as needed. Ultimately, this Telvent smart grid solution will help the cogeneration plant provide more efficient electricity to Mexico's national power grid by redistributing the excess power to other centers.
