Question: Do people with different body types or blood types need to follow different diets?

Answer: There is no scientific proof that different body types, or blood types for that matter, need special diets.

You can read about diets for various blood types in the “Eat For Your Blood Type Diet” book. Some people report that they feel better when they follow the diet for their blood type. Again, there are no proven studies to back these claims up — but if you feel better on the diet, then follow it!

Basically, I think that different people feel better on different diets. For example, some people feel better when they follow a lower-carb diet, whereas others feel better on a higher-carb, lower-fat diet. I think that you will need to experiment and see what kind of diet makes you feel best.
