Congratulations to Larry Kerr of Orlando, Fla., who submitted the top-rated image in this week’s It’s A Snap travel photo contest.

Kerr captured the stunning photo of the Scripps Pier at dusk in La Jolla, Calif., while on vacation visiting friends for New Year's Eve. Kerr says he visits the area every 2-3 years and always wanted a good sunset photo of the pier.

"Whenever I visit a place, I always think of shots I wish I would have got," says Kerr. He made up for that in his most recent visit with this winning shot.

“I would love to move there someday,” he said.
