A former TV stuntman who tried to parachute off the Empire State Building two years ago has been re-arraigned on a charge of reckless endangerment.
Jeb Corliss of Malibu, Calif., pleaded not guilty to the charge Wednesday in Manhattan's state Supreme Court.
A judge had thrown out charges against Corliss; the district attorney's office appealed and won reinstatement of the misdemeanor charge.
Corliss was arrested in April 2006 while trying to parachute from the Empire State Building's 86th-floor observation deck. He was seized after a struggle with building security officials.
Corliss hosted the Discovery Channel show "Stunt Junkies"; the network dropped him after his arrest.
