The white supremacist accused of murdering three people at a Jewish community center and a retirement complex in Kansas made a brief court appearance on Wednesday.
Frazier Glenn Cross, 73, sat in a wheelchair with his hands shackled as his lawyer requested a postponement for a conference. Cross did not make any statements, the Associated Press reported.
The former Ku Klux Klan leader is being held in lieu of $10 million bail for the April 13 attacks.
He allegedly gunned down 14-year-old Eagle Scout Reat Underwood and his 69-year-old grandfather, William Corporon, at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City in Overland Park, then drove to nearby Village Shalom and killed employee Terri LaManno, 53.
None of the victims was Jewish, though federal authorities have said they have enough evidence to charge Cross with hate crimes.
