Two more bodies have been pulled from the wreckage of the Washington mudslide, bringing the death toll to at least 41 in last month's disaster.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has positively identified 39 of the victims and is working closely with the families of the missing.

Tuesday marks the one-month mark since the devastating landslide swept away dozens of homes along the Stillaguamish River in Oso. President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit the site Tuesday to survey the damage and meet with victims, first responders and recovery workers.
