Most Expensive U.S. Home Sold for $120 Million

When it first hit the market in May 2013 for $190 million, Copper Beech Farm in Greenwich, Conn., was the most expensive residential listing, ever. Even though it sold for about a third less than the original ask – for $120 million, CTNews.com reports – it’s still the most expensive single-family home sale in the U.S, according to Curbed.
