Donald Trump went after former Miss Universe Alicia Machado again Tuesday, calling her "the worst we ever had — the worst, the absolute worst."

"She gained a massive amount of weight, and it was a real problem," Trump said in a post-debate interview with FOX News.

Trump's new broadside against Machado came a day after Hillary Clinton — during Monday's first presidential debate — ripped the Republican nominee for calling the former beauty queen "Miss Piggy" and "Miss Housekeeper."

Still apparently stung, Trump said the Clinton campaign "found the girl and talked about her like she was Mother Teresa."

Machado was 19 when she won the Trump-owned beauty pageant in 1996 while representing Venezuela.

In an interview with Inside Edition in May, Machado claimed Trump publicly called her an "eating machine" on "The Howard Stern Show." Machado said Trump told her she needed to lose weight and even brought her to a gym with a media crew in tow.

Machado also said Trump made fun of her Venezuelan accent.

Trump has repeatedly denied accusations levied at him by a host of women about his allegedly boorish behavior and sexist cracks. He has also been called out for calling Mexicans "rapists" and other remarks that have been blasted as anti-Hispanic.

Machado recently became a U.S. citizen and has been actively campaigning for Clinton.
