According to TODAY finance expert Jean Chatzky, getting creative with transportation can save roughly $7 a day, whether it's through car-share memberships or investing in bikes.
And the cheapest solution? Walking. It may seem obvious, but trekking through campus on foot isn’t only a cost effective option, it’s also the healthiest.
