Samantha Power: Returning Health Workers Should be Treated Like Heroes

During a speech in Brussels, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Powers says, "These volunteers are heroes to the people they help and they are heroes to their own countries. They should be treated like heroes when they return."
