His wife died outside an ER from an asthma attack. Now he’s taking action to help others.

Peter DeMarco is advocating for Massachusetts lawmakers to pass “Laura’s Law,” in honor of his wife who died three years ago from an asthma attack while outside of a hospital emergency room. “She should never have died that day,” he told NBC’s Kate Snow.
