World’s deepest dive finds man-made trash nearly seven miles down in Pacific

The deepest dive by a human inside a submersible found man-made garbage at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. Texas investor and explorer Victor Vescovo said it was, “Very disappointing to see obvious human contamination of the deepest point in the ocean.”
