NYPD says powder in pipe bombs 'not biological' threat

Officials from the NYPD, FBI, and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio updated reporters on Thursday in the ongoing investigation into the mail bombs that have been delivered across the city, including to CNN’s headquarters and an office of the actor Robert De Niro. The FBI reported that the white powder contained within the pipe bomb has been tested and poses no biological threat.
