John Bolton: Ukraine has made progress in efforts to join NATO

U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton said during a trip to Kiev Friday, that Ukraine had made progress in its efforts to join NATO, but that it still had more work to do. Bolton also said that Russian sanctions will remain in force until there is the required change in Russian behavior.
