This couple turned their 'gourmet by mail' idea into a growing Indian food business

In 1979, Jyoti Gupta realized there was no canned Indian food available at the supermarket she could take home for meals for their children. So she and her husband Vijai began making Indian food in cans and selling them by mail. That idea has grown into a business that the couple continues to develop new ideas for today.
