EPA Chief: 'River is Restoring Itself'

EPA Chief Gina McCarthy tells reporters that a fund has been set-up to ensure access to water for farmers in New Mexico, and that the Upper Animas River is restoring itself, now the agency will begin to work on the long-term potential hazards from the sediment released during the spill.
