Fear spreads in global markets

The dramatic descent of world stock markets has picked up speed. In Europe, concerns deepened about the health of the single currency and the countries that can't pay their way. Fear and panic are stalking the money men - and their message seems to be clear. Those countries which are saddled with big debts need to act and act fast. ITV’s Libby Wiener reports.
