Israel and Hamas have agreed to three separate three-day pauses in fighting to allow for mass polio vaccination campaigns for children in Gaza. The first pause will start on Sunday in central Gaza and later extend to the north and south. The U.N. hopes to vaccinate 640,000 kids during the campaign. It comes amid global alarm after the WHO confirmed a baby had been left paralyzed by polio in the first case in Gaza in 25 years. NBC News' Raf Sanchez has more.
