A federal appeals court in Washington ruled unanimously that former President Donald Trump's is not immune from prosecution on charges that he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election. A Trump campaign spokesman said the decision will be appealed to the Supreme Court, saying that "prosecuting a President for official acts violates the Constitution and threatens the bedrock of our Republic."
