‘Impossible to occupy our people’: Zelenskyy praises troops in liberated Izyum

On a rare trip outside Kyiv, the Ukrainian president compared Russia’s actions in the Kharkiv region to the brutality seen previously in Bucha. In a defiant address to troops in Izyum, he said Russia may be able to occupy land, “but it is definitely impossible to do this with the hearts of Ukrainians.”
