Airlines trying to rebound from summer travel chaos

After a summer of travel chaos, the government is posting a score card detailing what each airline will and won’t do for customers, pushing the airlines to do better. Meanwhile, off-duty pilots from the biggest pilot union are picketing over poor airline service.
