Daughter of President Putin’s ally killed in car bombing

Investigators say the car bomb that killed the daughter of President Putin’s ally, Alexander Dugin, may have been a contract killing. Russian state-run media cited witnesses saying Dugin decided to travel in a different vehicle last minute and may have been the target himself. Russia’s Foreign Ministry speculated Ukraine may have killed her, but no evidence of that has emerged. Ukraine’s government denies any involvement.
