Dozens dead as floods sweep away houses in Germany

Dozens are dead and more than 1,000 missing as rivers and streams burst their banks after heavy rain near Schuld, Germany, causing some houses to collapse and sweeping away cars. Phone and internet outages as well as damaged roads hampered rescue efforts across the region.
