Dan Abrams, host of MSNBC's "The Abrams Report," is auctioning off his press badges from the recent Michael Jackson and Scott Peterson trials for charity. The eBay auction was first announced on Friday's edition of "The Abrams Report." The bidding starts after Monday's broadcast from 6-7 p.m. ET and concludes Saturday, October 8.

The proceeds from the Scott Peterson trial press pass will go to and their project to build homes for Hurricane Katrina victims. The proceeds from the Michael Jackson trial will go to the national , or Court Appointed Special Advocate, which provides representation for abused or neglected children in court if they need it.
