Motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc. said Friday that lawsuits attempting class-action status had been filed against it and company officers over alleged securities law violations, which the company rejected.
Harley said it became aware of the suits filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin through law firm Web postings and intended to defend itself.
