Ford Motor Co. is recalling 145,500 vehicles due to potential engine and wheel problems, the second-largest U.S. automaker said on Wednesday.
The recall affects 2003 model year F-Series Super Duty pickup trucks, Excursion sport utility vehicles, Crown Victoria and Town cars, Ford spokesman Glenn Ray said.
The pickup trucks and Excursion SUVs have problems with engine connectors that could lead to starting problems. The Crown Victoria and Town cars have defective axles, Ford said.
