The incident began when three National Guardsmen got into a fight at the National Guard Armory and the suspected shooter allegedly pulled out a gun and shot one victim in the foot, and another victim in the leg, NBC News reports. 

The base, located in the military town of Millington, Tenn., was temporarily under lockdown, and the shooter is now in custody, according to the Navy. The victims are reported in non-critical condition.
