President Barack Obama delivered remarks at the M. Luis Construction Company in Rockville, Md., Thursday. It’s Day 3 of a government shutdown that has put 800,000 federal workers on furlough.
“Take a vote, stop this farce, and end this shutdown right now,” Obama said, calling on Republicans to pass a clean continuing resolution.
