The 18-year-old Gnabry got his first league goal for the London club in the 58th and Ramsey doubled the lead four minutes later.
Ben Davies got one back for Swansea at the Liberty Stadium in the 81st after being set up by Wilfried Bony.
Arsenal has 15 points from six games, ahead of Tottenham provisionally second with 13.
