Several people were shot and one killed in an incident involving three separate crime scenes including a food mart outside St. Louis, NBC affiliate KSDK reported Thursday.
At least one injured person was found at Wellston Food Market in Wellston, Mo., reported KSDK.
The incident had apparently started at a nearby home, where a man was found shot to death shortly after 3 p.m., StlToday.com reported.
It was not yet clear where the other injured victims were found or how many others were hurt.
St. Louis County Police Sgt. James McWilliams confirmed to Reuters that a shooting had occurred and that officers from his department were on the scene.
