Carolyn Correa is expected to be arraigned Wednesday morning. She is accused of raising a little girl that she allegedly kidnapped from a burning house six years ago when that child was just a baby.

Correa, 41, of Willingboro, N.J., turned herself in to Philadelphia police Tuesday afternoon in the city's West Kensington section, and on Tuesday evening she was led in handcuffs to a police wagon and taken to headquarters in Center City.
DNA testing recently was done on 6-year-old Delimar Vera, who was believed to have died in the fire.
Delimar was only 10 days old when she was allegedly kidnapped in 1997, and was known as Aaliyah Hernandez until she was spotted by her birth mother, Luz Aida Cuevas, at a January birthday party.
Cuevas apparently took a sample of the girl's hair for DNA testing at the party, and subsequent tests proved the child was hers.
Delimar will be reunited with Cuevas soon.
"Right now, they say I'm going to see my daughter soon," Cuevas told NBC 10 on Tuesday. The reunion could come as early as Wednesday, Cuevas said.
NBC 10 also also learned Correa's ex-boyfriend once believed that the little girl was his daughter.
Andre Moore said he met Correa in 1996, they dated and she became pregnant, on Dec. 15, 1997, Moore said.
Moore said Correa brought over a little girl and told him that she had given birth at home.
