HARRISBURG, Pa., June 13, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Worldwide industrial services and engineered products company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today the appointment of Janet L. Hogan as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.
Ms. Hogan joins Harsco with an extensive executive-level background in global human resources management, led by nearly 20 years of experience with Monsanto Company. In her most recent leadership role, she has been responsible for the delivery of all aspects of human capital management and talent development throughout Monsanto's global research and development group, covering 46 countries of operation. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Southern Illinois University.
As Chief Human Resources Officer for Harsco Corporation, Ms. Hogan assumes senior HR responsibilities for Harsco's global enterprise of approximately 19,000 employees in more than 50 countries. She will report directly to Harsco Chairman, CEO and President Salvatore D. Fazzolari.
