(Nasdaq:OMEX) announced today that it intends to engage in an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock, subject to an over-allotment option of up to 600,000 additional shares, pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement. The underwriters for this offering will be Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, acting as sole bookrunner, with B. Riley Co., LLC acting as co-manager.
