("Elite") (OTCBB:ELTP) today announced that on May 31, 2011, it had been notified by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that its Change Being Affected in 30 Days ("CBE 30") supplement for the manufacturing and packaging of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride USP 8 mg had been reclassified requiring its prior approval, which may result in a delay in the products commercialization.
